This is a static website. It has no accounts, no database and no tracking. The policy is short because there is very little to describe.
The home page has an email form. If you type your email address into it and submit it, I get your email address. That is the whole data set — no name, no company, no anything else.
It is used for one purpose: to send you an occasional note when a new tool ships. It is not sold, rented or shared. There is an unsubscribe link in every message, and you can ask me to delete your address at any time by emailing info@singhlabs.dev. I will do it and confirm.
Submissions are stored by Netlify, who host this site, in their Forms feature. The form also contains a hidden field that real people never fill in — if it comes back filled, the submission is discarded as spam.
fonts.googleapis.com
and fonts.gstatic.com, which tells Google your IP
address. No cookie is set. If you would rather that did not happen, a
content blocker will stop it and the site will fall back to a system font
and otherwise work identically. No other third party is involved. Links to GitHub, LinkedIn and Medium are ordinary links — nothing is sent to them unless you click.
If you are in the UK, EU or anywhere with similar rules: you can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Given the data is one email address, all three are quick. Email me and I will action it.
The legal basis for holding your address is your consent, given by typing it into the form. Withdrawing it is as simple as asking.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The site is open source, so the full history of this page is public in the repository.
Questions about any of this go to info@singhlabs.dev.
