Open an issue on the tool itself. That way the conversation sits next to the code and the next person with the same problem finds it.
I would genuinely like to hear which failure class you added first and which bucket you put it in. Those are the interesting decisions and I learn more from them than from stars. An issue or an email both work.
I take a small amount of work on agent infrastructure — approval gates, CI automation, and the safety layer around agents that already have commit access. Email is best. A sentence about what is breaking is enough to start.
Found something exploitable in one of these tools? Email me directly rather than opening a public issue, and give me a chance to fix it before it is public. I will credit you unless you would rather I did not.
